We were first approached by the clients to design a single store extension and two storey build over the existing garage and part conversion of. Initially the planners were not happy about the extent of the two storey extension but after a resubmission and minor changes, planning was granted – the clients have now completed both elements along with a complete overhaul of the property inside and out and we think it looks great!
