Sheffield S10 House Extension
The original property was a 1950’s brick built semi, with an extremely small kitchen to the rear. Although space was limited at the side there was scope to extend there and at the rear and the clients chose to do both. Taking advantage of the drop in levels at the back the kitchen was set down creating a lowered dining area and patio to link it better with the garden. To the side the property was extended to create storage and utility spaces but still allowing a passageway access to the rear. Feature trusses create interest in the kitchen and a picture widnow beautiful frames a view over the valley at the back. The whole house also underwent a full refurbishment throughout and dormer addition to the extg and new roof fully maximises the properties potential.
