Stubley Lane Development Dronfield

We were approached by a developer to put together a layout for the redevelopment of an industrial site for housing.

The site comprised a commercial warehouse premises and single dwelling. In conjunction with a planning consultant we developed plans for 4 semi detached properties and two new five bed detached dwellings - retaining the extg detached house with alterations to accommodate the new access road into the development.
