Bingham Park Road

The clients bought a run down 1930’s semi detached house and wanted to completely refurbish it from top to bottom. Keen to maintain a traditional appearance at the front we stuck to a complimentary design facing the road, and to the rear we added a new contemporary single storey extension complete with green eco-roof / cedar cladding / large full height sliding doors and a juliet balcony - perfection for garden dining!
